I am Yannis Simoens and I have been working in the tourism industry since 2010. My passion for cruising was born from the unparalleled service on board cruise ships. Cruising offers a unique experience where you are taken to new and fantastic destinations every day, surrounded by luxury and comfort.
I love sharing this passion for cruises with others, which is why I started working as an independent cruise consultant in 2016. In 2022, I founded Cruise Ambassadors.
In addition to my work as a Cruise Ambassador, I am also a Cabin Attendant at KLM. This allows me to explore all continents, which is ideal for scouting new destinations for you.
With a career of over 15 years as a pilot in daily life and as a cruise specialist for the past 8 years, I have had the privilege of exploring the world in various ways.

About 15 years ago, I was bitten by the cruise bug, and with more than 40 cruises under my belt, I feel confident calling myself an expert by experience. My passion for cruises began after a first cruise with MSC Cruises, after which I was immediately sold on this unique way of traveling. For me, cruising is the perfect combination of comfort, gastronomy, relaxation, and discovering new destinations.
In addition to my passion for cruises, I have been working in the aviation sector at Brussels Airlines since 2018. Today, I am active as an Assistant Duty Manager within the Hub Control Centre, where my colleagues and I ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers worldwide every day.

My name is Inge, and I have been active in the aviation and tourism sectors since 2005 – two worlds that have fascinated me from a young age. As a Support Ambassador, I am responsible for administrative follow-up and behind-the-scenes support. I am a true perfectionist: everything must be exactly right, which is why this role feels perfectly suited to me. In addition, I also work as a cabin attendant at KLM, where I meet people from all corners of the world every day – an international atmosphere that suits me perfectly.
